Hurley Manufacturing Co. is a full service designer and manufacturer of compression, extension and torsion springs. All of our "Secondary Operations" are here to compliment our specialty -- SPRINGS!
Computer Automation
We utilize the latest Computer Aided Spring Design software and automated coilers, grinders, testers, etc. to produce a spring which best suits your requirements and budget. We can work quickly and accurately with round stock from .005" to .207" diameter in a wide range of materials.
Materials
We maintain a huge inventory of the more common raw materials including music wire, 302 and 17-7 stainless steel, inconel, phosphor bronze and beryllium copper. And our world class suppliers can provide many more rare materials with very respectable lead times.
Secondary Operations
And, as mentioned above, we also maintain full secondary operations including spot welding, welding, grinding and heat treat/stress relief departments, in-house passivation, color coding, assembly, packaging and shipping facilities. See our Capabilities page for a detailed list.
